Ekum: First Rays of Sun
When the night was darkest
And the storm held tight,
When the fear was tormenting
And the wings denied the flight.
When pain and agony were at power
And the fire inside refused to burn,
When wounds and taunt were hurting
And yet there seemed no concern.
When the chills were running down
The air and the freezing spine,
When every dream I ever had
Could no longer be called mine.
When everything was cold and stone,
Every feeling died.
When I couldn't fight anymore,
The courage fell aside.
When I thought all hope,
Has gone to farther land,
When I was about to surrender,
To, the blackness, I couldn't stand.
But you, you can never let me loose.
You shouted to universe ahead.
And I saw the first rays of sun,
Shinning in hope, silently, unsaid.
Calling me out
To fight this last war.
For after the darkest night
Falls the brightest hour....
